How do you choose the books?
Our team reads hundreds of children's books each month. We evaluate illustration quality, storytelling depth, and lasting appeal. Only books that genuinely earn a place on the shelf make it through.
Do you only select older/classic books?
Not exclusively. We love proven classics, but we also discover new books that have that timeless quality. A book published last year can be worth passing down if it has lasting appeal.
What do the book formats mean?
We label each book by format — Board Book, Picture Book, or Early Reader — so you know the complexity at a glance. We don't sort by age because the best books grow with your child. A picture book you read aloud tonight might be one they read on their own in a few years.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, anytime. If nothing in the monthly selection appeals to you — or you already own the picks — just skip. No charge.
Can I order more than one book?
